It has been a treat! I knew it was going to snow and had made a mental note to cover the asparagus up so the snow wouldn't damage it, thinking that the snow wasn't due to arrive until mid-day today. I woke at 6 this morning, looked out the window and jumped out of bed because the snow was already falling and starting to stick! So, at 6:10 this morning, I was fumbling around in the garage looking for a staple gun to tack down the sheet I had grabbed, knowing that the wind would just blow it away otherwise...

It was a gorgeous early spring day here. We went for a long walk in the parks and sat and watched the freezing cold mountain water in the rushing river for awhile. It's really high right now with this beautiful light blue and green color to it.

I saw another severe storm system on the way for some parts of the states. Stay safe! This seems to be a brutal spring for some and a bit of fun for others.
