We're doing leftovers, DH won't be home - he gets to go to a fancy schmancy dinner with hospital donors at probably the most elite country club near us. "gets to go", let me tell you how not excited he is.

I threw frozen chicken in the slow cooker with a bottle of beer and some lemon pepper (I used Miller Light Lime). Dinner may be McD's if this ends up tasting gross. LOL

Woman, where do you get the time?? I'm in awe.
Don't be! This time it was all DH, he's got a "research" month. He ended up making a dozen and freezing a bunch. He avoided pastry crust and just made a sourdough pizza dough and rolled it out really thin before wrapping them up and baked on a pizza stone. They were delicious!

tonight DH comes home from his boards.

So we're going to have a special dinner - grilled filet marinated in lemon, garlic, soy sauce and rosemary, grilled asparagus and roasted beet salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and for dessert i'm making a pavlova.

oh haha, my husband messaged me mid-morning to let me know that he's been vomiting since midnight last night. So we ordered pizza for the kids. I had a margarita, and he had some dramamine and tylenol and a cool dark room.

I'm totally craving Greek food. Maybe we'll have some souvlaki or gyros tonight.

I am going to sear some tuna steaks, chop them up and mix them with roasted corn, cilantro, avocado, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Then, I will use the concoction to make "nachos".
Finally - we are finished with training! Hello real world!!

Spaghetti w/ vodka sauce and a loaf of crusty bread. Maybe a salad if my lettuce hasn't rotted.
