We went out for dinner last night for burritos, tonight we're going to drop the kids at MIL's house for the week and are bringing Thai take out - and then we're headed on our trip to the conference, so I DON'T HAVE TO COOK FOR THE NEXT 6 DAYS!!!!!!

I'm trying to use up as much of the food in the house as possible before we move, so last night was sausage and potatoes with asparagus. Tonight will probably involve sausage and pasta in some form. The night after that might just be a big heaping spoonful of potatoes (I have a lot of potatoes for some reason).

tonight is leftovers. Tomorrow it is just me and S since C is going to a friend's house for the day. Then the kids go to their dads early on Friday and they don't come back until Monday. I am thrilled to not HAVE to cook for 6 days!

Hehe we're doing the same thing! I'm not sure yet what we'll have, but it'll be one of those quick-what's-for-dinner meals that I keep around.
