The storm was supposed to pass by us and it mostly did. We saw about and inch or so in the city proper but my folks who live 40 miles further SE have about 6 inches+.

Now it's raining and I saw some lightning. This is the precursor to another 6-8 inches of snow we will get overnight in addition to the 8 inches we got earlier this morning. I cleared a spot at the end of the driveway for DH but I'm not sure he's even going to be able to get into our neighborhood. Not a plow in sight. I better be off from work tomorrow too.

What's your weather like?
So we got 8 inches of snow yesterday and another 3 overnight. Now we will get another 2-4 inches tomorrow?! Please just make it stop. I can't wait for it to be 50 degrees next Friday.

Yup, it might be more like 1-3, but any more snow is just adding insult to injury. Forecast says it will start around 11am and go through most of the day.

Do you guys have tomorrow off? We do...snow expected here too so I think the superintendent dodged a bullet in having to decide on another snow day.
