  • Oh yes, I use it quite liberally.

ETA: I even used it on one of my best friends who wouldn't stop posting selfies!

    • I give a shout out to social fixer too. It's a Facebook app you can install to customize your own feed. You can stop using it at any time. I put it on at election time to filter all thing political out of my feed.

Does this mean I can filter out all the crap my friends try to sell but still see pictures of their cute kids????

        • I have a friend who shares those posters that are intended to be inspiring. Sometimes they are but most of the time they're stupid! The last one she posted literally says "How you make others feel about themselves, says a lot about you." uhhhhhhhhhhhh

          • Probably - it's based on key words. You can put in Advocare, etc. It might even have a setting for that already.

            • Yesterday morning hubs woke up feeling like death. Needless to say, I didn't let him complain very long and started making anti-viral capsules like it was my job. 24 hours later & he's running around with the kiddos shooting water guns. Thank you God, for essential oils
Um, or maybe he just wasn't actually that sick?

                • I uploaded pics from the conference to FB. FB automatically recognized people's faces and tagged them. It freaked me out!

Individuals can turn that setting off - I don't let FB auto-tag me. However, it does auto-tag my pictures for people who haven't turned it off. It's only a pain when it tries to tag E as random people who have pictures of their own babies as their profile pictures. The other day I missed when it auto-tagged her as a male friend from college, and I had to send him a message later and apologize after I realized it!

                          • Huh. Makes me wonder if my regular frankincense is worthless.

Besides, frankincense is a resin, not an essential oil.

                            • Am I the only person who has had 'friends' send PM's to see how you're doing and then are actually just a part of some fitness program / wanting to make money? I feel used and abused thinking they actually want to talk to me only to hear "oh, and by the way, I'm doing this fitness thing so if you need any help with your regimen..." uh, no thanks.
