Specifically, the tiny mini convertible behind the Mary Kay escalade. I love - LOVE - my car.
I've almost finished restoring a late mini cooper original shape for client. Pics will follow.

After having four wheel drive I don't think I could ever go back to two wheel. If I ever get rid of my forester I probably will go for a subaru imprenza sport. I like that it's a smaller car but still has all the bonus features of a subaru. Dh really likes his Honda Accord. It's really comfortable to be in and is a very smooth and comfortable drive.

I went on there today, and there isn't a good way to rank by size, really...but I did find the "sort by MPG highest to lowest", with filters for price, and I think that'll be my list to start from. I kinda like the fiat electric and the leaf, and am looking at minis, too (LSW, how do you like yours?) - all of which are right around 30K, which is more reasonable than the i3. I'm feeling less freaked about having to decide "so soon", at least, now that I have some direction. I need to spend some time exploring options and making a list of must-haves (seat-heaters, nav system, bluetooth, auto-headlights, auto-wipers, that kind of thing). Thanks!

Gah. They must have changed their website again. You used to be able to narrow down searches by type and size.

We leased me an Escape Titanium- it is a beast to park here in Hawaii. Hubby still drives his med-school Honda. He is strangely attached to it.

I don't find parking harder here in hawaii than in northern CA or the DC area (even the DC burbs). I don't go to town that often though and I'll just park at the hale koa if I need to. We have been in one parking garage where the suburban wouldn't fit-- but luckily we were in the smaller traverse that time. (That was a nasty garage right by a medical center in honolulu. Tiniest parking spaces and turn area ever.)

                I have a 2005 Suburban.

We JUST ordered a new Yukon XL Denali with a bench in the middle for one more seat! It takes months to do this (sometimes up to 8) but it will be exactly what we want and nothing we don't. I'm excited.
I LOVE our Suburban but it will be nice to have some of the new technology!
