Julie, if would be willing to make me one, let me know about how much it would be. You can PM me or call. I want one that is fairly small (like 6x9) with a LONG shoulder strap. I like to wear my purse cross ways over my body (flattering or not). This way I have two hands and it doesn't fall off my shoulder all the time.

Both the diaper bag and handbag are soo cute!

Julie, I LOVE your bags. I'd definitely order from you when I have kids. Actually, that purse you made for your sister looks really cute too. You should totally go back in business. Why did you quit?

I'd be all over ordering a bag. I'm constantly looking for the perfect bag. I want one that goes over my shoulder but not too short- like I can't stand those tiny ones that seem to live in a person's armpit. Not too big- I don't carry too much because it annoys me. I almost found it, but it's still too under the arm/handbaggie. BUT I don't want one that 's so long it lands at my waist.

                  I'm screwed.

But...I'd be happy to pay you to come up with something for me!

I can't see the links jdwc. I would love to see them - and if you'd like a knitting student we're not too far away from each other. i really want to learn, but can't pick it up from a book.

[quote="stellava"]I spent a bit in Italy last summer. I plan on retiring there and the Italian people are the most fun-loving spirited people I have ever seen. I have so many beautiful stories. The experience was... amazing. Here are a few of my photos, but you can see a few more (not nearly all of them though) here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/havesom...7594302078344/
I'm a little late to this particular forum but I when I saw your pictures I was reminded of our (DH and I) trip to Europe. We stopped off for 3 days in Cinque Terre and it was the most spectacular place I have ever been. We stayed in Manarola. Stellava, we should totally share pictures. Did you love the seafood? I've never had anything fresher than that. Thanks for posting the great pictures.
