tired, slow, forgetful, grumpy, fat, in pain (sciatica - sp?)

yup - several weeks ago

Thanks for sharing! I have a little "baby lust" even though we've decided to wait a little longer before having a second. I love the name! Am I mistaken or did you originally think that you were having a boy? Do subsequent pregnancies get easier? (PLEASE say yes!)

Congratulations Jennifer. That is wonderful news. I am very happy for you guys and love the name. Sorry to hear you aren't feeling so well. Have you tried a chiropracter for the siatica? I used one during my last pregnancy and HIGHLY recommend it!!



On our end it is obviously too soon what I am having as I am only in my 7th week, but one can always hope!!! Starting to get the nausea thing under control, but still tired as a dog and soo unable to concentrate. Hoping the will improve as well.



Have you signed up for any of the ivillage pregnancy stuff? Have you started to pick out furniture, clothing, etc? Is this your first child?

Honestly, I think baby every month, though we aren't trying and likely won't. I guess it is a natural thing? But I think that we are probably done with our family planning. ...I remember before Alex thinking we'd likely stop with two, though I had always wanted three. When he was born, I realized what a wonderful miracle he was and honestly he has been such an incredible addition to this family....which I guess is why I wonder every month what that baby could have been...boy/girl....probably equally a miracle...



I have a friend who has 5 children....her fifth was a total surprise and is 7 years younger than her 4th....and he is such a cutie...and she often said that if there hadn't been an 'oops' that there would never have been a Connor....and how horrible it would be...and I sometimes wonder what the next one would have been like for us...(read: Kristen probably needs to see a shrink!)
