This is going to sound ridiculous, but it feels like there's so much pressure down there that the baby's just going to fall out.
I experienced the same pressure with my dd. It became painful to walk very far during the last two weeks because of the pressure. You are so close!

It's actually quite painful to walk for long stretches of time. Of course, it's easier to walk than to just stand. Can't win!

I've made a second casserole for the freezer. I was telling my mom about it on the phone. I told her I wrote instructions and taped them to the casserole dish. Her response was: "I didn't know you and your dh ate stuff like casseroles." Just shrug it off, I know!

Oh man, that must have been annoying. Don't worry though, that casserole is going to taste AWESOME when you've been eating cereal, frozen meals, whatever you can stuff in your mouth, etc. once the babe arrives. I think it's awesome you're planning ahead!

Oh yeah, I remember that part. It just feels like a baby is going to drop out any moment. And, the walking is just painful - pressure, hips all disconnected, belly and butt forming a ridiculous balancing act....

            Seriously,

As a species, don't you think we would have evovled a better way of doing this? Although I guess it's Nature's way of ensuring that you'll do whatever it takes to get that baby out!

YES I would think by now we would have changed this "process" to be MUCH easier.
