K1's new big boy room. He's been out of his room since Jan 21 for the laundry renovation; of course, this has been very challenging for him. He also hates the new floor we put in the entire 2nd floor. So he negotiated for an area rug of his choice and a 6' bookcase. He also gets a bigger closet out of the deal but he doesn't understand the value of that.
