I've already told Michele this but my legs have been really sore for the last 3 days. I know I need to take a day off and recover but I just feel so much better after I exercise! Why can't I be as addicted to dieting?

So. I've been eating like a normal person and am officially up TWENTY-THREE POUNDS. This morning I showed 0.8 pounds from my highest weight ever.
So what do I mean by a normal person? 1500-1800 cals a day.
I'm resigning myself to being chubby forever.

I've also realized I just need to totally give up wine. I've had a few glasses the last two nights (bc my monthly friend arrived - so depressing) and I totally notice a huge difference already. So I have to cut it out totally. (I keeping telling myself this will be last month so it's ok - but it just isn't true!).

I have had a few bad days in the last week...and I am up 5lbs. Ugh. I'm up 6 from where I was at thanksgiving. Despite weeks of dieting, I feel like my body just doesn't want to let go of this weight...and I want all the foods! Yesterday was a particularly bad day and getting back on track will suuuuuck. I leave for vacation Friday (during which I will not be dieting). Here's hoping the weather warms and I stop eating so damn much!
