You’ll get back on track. You’ve got this. I’m glad it was benign!!!

I lost 1.3 pounds last week. I’m surprised, because I veered a little off plan a couple of times and exercised sporadically. It will probably catch up with me next week.

I lost around 3 pounds which put me down 30 pounds! For those of you following me on Lose It, i Never Recorders my high weights so my total is innacurate.

Also, I’m down a pant size, top size, and bra size. Yay

I essentially stayed the same today. In other words, although I may or may not have been slightly up, it would be little enough that I could call it staying the same.

I’m up 1.4. I tried reducing my calories and overestimated my meals so I’d have nothing left. I starved myself with no results. Today, I’ve decided to eat more.

I know how frustrating it is to gain. Especially when you have eaten well.
But, remember that recently you had gained 2.6, then the next day were down 3.6. This could be a similar fluctuation.
                  Hugs!! Hang in there!!

Wow, you guys are doing great! Sorry, I’ve been forgetting to check in here. I’m down a couple pounds since I last checked in, but it’s been a trickle this past month. I’ve gotten much better at tracking my food and mostly staying within budget. I’m definitely feeling more muscular and have been going to Orangetheory 5-6 days a week. I even went twice on Friday the 13th because it was such a fun challenging workout! Never in a million years would the old me ever imagined saying that!

I’m signed up for Orangetheory’s Dri Tri, which is basically their version of a triathlon. It is this Saturday and I’m feeling anxious and a little scared. I’ve been training for it, but mentally I waiver between excitement and on the verge of cancelling. It will be by far the greatest accomplishment I’ve ever had athletically. Last night DH (who’s also been going to Orangetheory with me and also signed up for the Dri Tri) and I went to the movies to see Britney Runs a Marathon. It was an awesome movie and I related so much to it! It inspired me and was EXACTLY what I needed to get myself mentally prepared for Saturday.

Meanwhile, I’ve earned these two badges from my Lose It and Yelp app, so I think I’m a legitimate gym rat. Who would’ve ever thought it?!

Oh and today was twin day at Orangetheory so DH and I wore matching shirts. I hadn’t worn this shirt in awhile, but it had always been one of my more fitted tops. I was shocked at how loose it fit this morning when I threw it on. Love the NSV’s!!

I maintained again today. But that's OK with me. I was thinking about it, and I've been working to lose 150 pounds over the last 5-6 years. That means I have constantly been thinking about change. Change in how big my body is, change in how I look, and in the clothes i wear, and change in how I eat, and think about food. So, I see these few weeks of maintenance as a little break from focusing on change.

I lost 1.5. Slow but steady wins the race.

Finally making some progress. It has been frustrating because it is so slow and I'm just not as motivated as I was with previous kids. But I don't feel completely weak anymore and I'm getting faster when I run. I started doing Barre3 once a week. It's full of amazing looking Lululemon clad women so I had to swallow my pride a bit, but they are actually very nice and it has helped tremendously in strengthening some areas that a 4th pregnancy kind of destroyed.

Wow way to go, definitely loose, you look great!!

I've been fighting this weird cold / allergy for two weeks now. Went from bad to worse back to bad and now lingering cough and congestion. No appetite for over a week and since then have basically eaten whatever I can make myself consume. Hopefully Monday I can get back to. In a major fuck it mood and drinking wine because why not? If I'm going to feel shitty for weeks on end I might as well be slightly inebriated.

I can definitely tell a difference in clothes. Pants are loose. I don't think other people can tell that. I'd been packing it on.
