Yesterday did a 3 mile hike and some canoeing (last day at my grandma's cottage today). Today I'll walk and bike! Hoping to behave myself with calories today.
My parents are coming this afternoon, so although DH will be on a 4-5 hour bike ride for this his first day off in over a week, I should be able to steal an hour for a run. Maybe I'll even drive out and do a trail run...hm...
My leg was really hurting even after Advil and ice, so I declared today a rest day. I felt off all day not working out. Guess I should have at least done some core stuff. Maybe I will after I get the kids to bed. Will
come in under my WW points for the day, though, so it'll be ok.

I went on a long walk this morning, but I was pushing the stroller with both hands and I don't think the Fitbit captured all of my steps.
Can you use gmap-pedometer.com to figure out how far you went, and guesstimate when and how long it took, and enter it manually in Fitbit? They'll calculate and add in the steps for you!
I just joined a Strava 10k challenge for August, and my current rank is 3871 out of over 10,000 women. So I want to try to do one more, faster 10k before the end of the month. I'm off!
