I'm in. I'm doing no sugar whole foods right now and DAMN it works. Not sure what the scale says, but my pants are falling off me after 2.5 weeks. I'd like to keep it up until the holidays at least. I've got a life long size 12 body here and I'd be thrilled to see a size 8 again. Who knows? This may be the trick for me.

I've got 30-50 more pounds to lose depending on if I adjust my goal when I get closer. I went up 4 pounds the last week or two with travel and not watching my food intake as closely.

As much as I hate it, I need to run 3 times a week.

I'm in! I want to get to a healthy BMI/body fat percentage. That means losing about 15 more lbs. I've lost about 30 since starting last year.

I did 10 minutes of elliptical and 35 minutes of weights today.

ETA - I'm doing Weight Watchers now. I lost about 20 lbs in South Beach, but I plateaued, so it was time to start logging.

            Same numbers, same thoughts.
            😘

I nee to add weight lifting, but won't be able to until we figure out a good schedule/care for DS2.

No childcare today, and I wasn't motivated enough to take the kids to the track to run, so we just walked to the library (about 1.25 miles round trip) and called that good. I think if I water the yard today and do a little tidying, I'll hit my 10-12k steps!

I'm in. I have a lot to lose. I'm down 10lbs since May and have at least 70lbs to go. Yikes!

I want to lose another 5 to 10 lbs, but dieting is off the table until I'm completely done nursing. My goal is to hit 10k steps per day, work out at the gym at least 4x/week, and choose healthier food options in general.
My new Fitbit Charge HR just showed up in the mail today, and I'm excited to do a better job tracking once I get it set up.

                    I love this everyone!
I gained 15-20lbs two years ago and haven't been able to lose it permanently. I enjoy working out but not cooking or eating healthy. My biggest problem is not being consistent! So my goal is to be consistent. Nothing crazy, nothing extreme change, just consistently doing small good for me things and gradual changes!

I'm at a comfortable scale weight, but I want to swap some fat for muscle. I was trying to do a bulk and then cut cycle, but I'm not disciplined enough to eat in a surplus without going hog wild. So I'm going to try to just find a sustainable maintenance......and keep up with the strength training and cardio. I will have defined shoulders some day!!

I'm so motivated by everyone's goals! Mine:

                        1.) Barre six days/week through mid-October
                        2.) Fruit: 2 cups/day
                        3.) Vegetables: 3 cups/day
                        4.) Daily: 30 minute walk
5.) Daily: 60 minutes reading or learning something each day

I'd like to drop some vanity pounds, but I won't be totally heartbroken if I stay at my current weight. Maybe with the changes above they'll come off without much more effort.

How often should people check in? Every Monday?

Do you have a gym that has a child care option? That 30-60 minutes of kid-free time really motivated me to go to the gym, even when I wasn't actively trying to lose weight.

Count me in. I reached my first goal and have been trying to stay put at this weight for a month or two as a break. I constantly fear I'm gaining and don't want to check the scale. I exercise everyday but eating is still difficult. I think I'm ready to get back to calorie reduction and tracking. I have 15-20 lbs to get to my goal.
