I have no idea yet. We have a softball game and football practice tonight so we won't actually be home until 9pm. Dinner is a problem because we don't have one night during the week that we are home before 9pm with everyone's various activities.

I just made orange chicken in the crockpot from a recipe I got off a friend's Pinterest. Divine.

        which one?

I've got a pork tenderloin and I'm going to use it, but I don't know exactly how. Open to suggestion, really on an Asian kick right now (and I have some un-fried spring rolls Davita left here ... that's right ... BE JEALOUS!)

I don't have an asian rec for the pork tenderloin but you can cook it on low in your slow cooker with any BBQ sauce for 6 hours (to long for tonight) and it makes great pork sandwiches.

Oh my god I am in loooove with my crock pot! I hate cooking and it makes is so much more bearable.

BTW I just used regular OJ. This was so easy and so good. I only cooked it in the crock pot for an hour or two and then just put it on warm.

I'm most likely heating up an Amy's frozen dinner. That's pretty much as domestic as I get.
