I have no idea yet. We have a softball game and football practice tonight so we won't actually be home until 9pm. Dinner is a problem because we don't have one night during the week that we are home before 9pm with everyone's various activities.

BTW I just used regular OJ. This was so easy and so good. I only cooked it in the crock pot for an hour or two and then just put it on warm.

Black bean enchiladas. Vegetarian with fake meat crumbled & green sauce. Will serve with greek yogert, chopped up cucumber, tomato, lettuce, & olives.Wife to Hand Surgeon just out of training, mom to two lovely kittys and little boy, O, born in Sept 08.
