It is 1pm here. So far:

    Quiet time

    Bed made and bedroom straightened.
E-mailed music minister with musical date

emailed son with request to help with VBS this summer

Printed information for college visit this weekend
Printed off information about our spring break camping trip

Started my husband's encouragement CD I am giving my husband for valentine's day
Started fires...it's cold ( Ok, you Northerners wouldn't think so, but for us it is frigid!!! It isn't supposed to get above freezing today.)
    Straightened playroom and vacuumed it
Swept and mopped study, utility and hall
    Vacuumed my room

Wrapped my college son's valentine box to mail

Daughter unloaded then I loaded the dishwasher and wiped the counters

    swept and mopped kitchen

    Supervised my daughter's school

Watched Once Upon a time episode
Caught up the checkbook entries into Money

I will take my daughter to choir practice and go to the library while she is there. I have another 10 things on the list. We'll see.

Today, I am making the infamous Crockpot Indian Chicken. http://www.medicalspouse.com/forums/...ockpot+chicken

There are enough new members that they might not be familiar with this particular slice of heaven. Right now, working from home is a BAD thing because all I want to do is eat.

Jasus, this is so true. My 100 year old home is cold despite laying out 10 k for all new windows this year. I find myself warming up by eating. Yes, eating. All.the.time.

        It's crazy.

I can't wait for Spring. Then we can jump straight to Fall. I'm not a big fan of hot weather either, but I didn't order all this under 10 degree stuff and the buckets of snow and ice.

Today I have accomplished a whole lot of nothing. I took the kids to school (twice), shoveled the driveway, went to a yoga class, I did some tasks for a client. I cleaned the family room and did the normal laundry/dishwasher rebooting. Other than that, I've been frightfully unmotivated.

I'm now off to pay for my PO Box rental in person before they kick me out because I can't remember my online passwords for that account.

I cleaned off half of my kitchen table. Indeed an accomplishment.

Home sick coughing, sniffling, and sneezing my brains out. Desperately want to rest but I can breathe out of my nose and it actually makes me feel claustrophobic. May need to add a Xanax to the list of cold and sinus meds so I can get some restful sleep. This is bullshit.

Hiding in the bedroom working from home, except for my IMSN break right now DH is off and we decided not to send N to my mom's today, so I have to hide whenever I have a call. She likes to bound into the room and loudly talk near the phone when I'm on calls

Led an honor choir rehearsal from 7:45-8:15, taught 6 choir classes and supervised a study hall, recorded a couple of piano accompaniments, came home by about 4:30, talked to DH/played on my phone, left home at 6 to pick up DS#3 from the community center, and now we are headed to Olive Garden, courtesy (partly) of a gift card that I got from a private voice student. After dinner, we will run a couple errands and head home.

I need to do this to our school table and sofa.

Today I pinned a bajillion things to crochet on pinterest, took DD15 to the dance store for pointe shoes, stopped at Target for wine and beer (because those are necessities when there is snow in Texas, or even when there isn't snow), and sewed the pointe shoe ribbons and elastics. You know we're short on time when no one can find a lighter and mom is sewing elastics and yelling for everyone in the house to stop what they are doing and look for a stupid lighter or there will be no ribbons on the shoes. The only lighter that could be found just had enough juice to melt 3.5 ribbons. The last .5 was done with the fire coming from my eyes. hehe! Shoes were ready 1 minute before they had to leave.

Suffered through the most epic preschooler tantrum ever. In public. It was so bad that I was literally nauseous and my ears are still ringing. DrK is now bathing the K Bros while K1 is complaining about how *I* caused *him* to have the most awful day. DrK had better not ask for my help.

Fairly certain that my biggest accomplishment today was re-pinning your bajillion crochet projects for DD2 to try.

Today's my brother's birthday so thus far I've dragged my sick self to work (I know, I'm *that* person but I didn't really have a choice) and sent him a bday gift online. That's pretty much the extent. Oh, and I ate a donut. Because YOLO.

This thread just made me realize that no matter how much I hate feeling tied down by a schedule I do the exact same thing every single day, without fail.

                              Wake up
Coffee, catch up on work emails, any kind of finance stuff, social networks
Clean House (amount of time on this always depends on making sure I can do next activity, which is)
                              Exercise
                              If I have time/deadline: practice
Go to work (5x a week. On weekends I run errands)
                              If I have time/deadline: practice
Come home: dinner, wine, either social networking or TV. On weekends we go out.

I've tried adding in exercise in the evenings but have not been successful.
