Today I went to see the statue at Roosevelt Island. That makes 3 miles round trip. I mostly walked the whole thing.. maybe only jogging a 1/2 mile of the first part, but thats still time I was up walking around rather than sitting on my ass watching tv. Plus Roosevelt Island is pretty awesome.-L.Jane

You might check to see if you can find a retailer who sells tops and bottoms separately that includes more full coverage tops. I've seen several over the years that were more like tank tops with molded cups. You get the best of both worlds, coverage and fit.

Today the ILs are on their way home, thank goodness. They were a big help in the move, and we were going to do some fun/relaxing for the rest of the weekend, but then FIL got sick and spent 2 days of his visit in the hospital with a GI obstruction. Glad to have them safely on their way, and have everything quieting down. I can't wait to finish unpacking and settling in.
Today so far I have managed to chat with my boss, drink coffee, eat toast, hang one picture, and read my emails. Giant work fail. Must be a case of the "Mondays-after-moving-when-everything-hurts-and-I'm-surrounded-by-boxes-and-clutter-and-can't-get-a-damn-thing-done".Wife of PGY-4 (of 6), cat herder, and mom to a sassy-pants four-nager.

I sure did pick the right husband, if that's how I feel about moving.Wife of PGY-4 (of 6), cat herder, and mom to a sassy-pants four-nager.

I swear to god, that the best thing I have ever done with moving is hiring someone to load and unload the truck. I don't mind driving it, but not having to do the heavy lifting was the best $600 I have ever spent. Different crews on each end because they were in different cities, but with a 6 month old? Holy cow, it made the move so much easier.Kris

Well, today I'm watching out my sunroom/office window as a woman across the street is swinging a weed whacker around haphazardly and apparently trying to "mow" an entire vacant lot with it. She has her yoga pants tucked into tall white socks, but besides that and the weed whacker, she otherwise looks like a completely sane person. It's mesmerizing.Wife of PGY-4 (of 6), cat herder, and mom to a sassy-pants four-nager.
