So true- this scene is pretty much in every movie!!! Since we are now discussing most funny porn scenes- mine would have to be the ones where some chick is peeking through a couple's window and watching them go at it, while she pleasures herself. Yeah, how many women do this??? Personally, I do it every night DH is on call
I like it when women lick things and pretend to enjoy it (their boobs, semen....mmmmm, mmmmm). I mean that is so true!!
You know that this thread is going to get locked and deleted now, right? I always (Stella helps) manage to do that! I promise no dirty emoticons though.Heidi, PA-S1 - wife to an orthopaedic surgeon, mom to Ryan, 17, and Alexia, 11.

My dh is going to KILL me for this, but he told me that when he was about 12 he went on vacation to the North Sea. They rented a cabin and the previous guests had left a comic book behind. It was comic book porn. And the characters were talking to each other in French. By then, I think dh had one year of French in school... Needless to say, I think he learned a lot of French verbs that summer. :>married to an anesthesia attending

Okay, guys I have something that we can actually debate that is related to porn. On one episode of the Bunny Ranch, a mother brought her socially awkward son to the ranch so that he may lose his virginity. He was a 30-something adult, and was so stressed about the virginity issue that he couldn't ask women out. Well, mom wanted a DIL and some grandkids, so she was tired of him messing around!!! So, mom pays $1000. for an hour of time with a really cute, sociable bunny. Afterwards the son was so relieved, and he went out to try to meet someone.
At first, I thought, how sick of this mom to pay for a prostitute. However, after the interview with the son post-coitus, I thought it was a sweet gesture. The son said the prostitute didn't just have intercourse with him, she walked him through the whole process, like a lesson. The son said he now had more confidence, and didn't feel so down on himself or embarassed or pressured.
I thought maybe it wasn't such a bad idea. I mean it is a clean, legal establishment that has strict rules as to acceptable behavior. What do ya'll think?

In short-
I am morally opposed to porn. I see no real value in it other than if you consider watching the degredation of women and men a benefit and value. I have had two close friends where pornography has destroyed and massacred their marriages to their respective husbands. In one instance the husband turned verbal and emotionally abusive, and was searching out prostitutes on his overseas business meetings. I see absolutely no long term good that comes from viewing or participating in pornography.
As far as the woman who paid to have her son devirginized so that he would go and meet women- I personally would not have done that to my own sons. I see it as a move to devalue sex, which in my mind is a personal act between two people. Dh was a virgin at 24 when we got married and he was not having a hard time meeting women.Gas, and 4 kids

I wouldn't send my son to have him de-virginized or given sex lessons, not because I'm morally opposed to it, but because it seems creepy.
I wouldn't want to be girl #2. You're about to sleep with the guy, want to know his sexual history, and he tells you his mom sent him to a place to have sex with a prostitute so that he could learn...?
I could care less about my partner's ex-girlfriends. It's in his past, and I'm the here and now. But I must say, they taught him well.married to an anesthesia attending

I have to agree with Amiens. I strongly dislike porn and see no value in it. It contributes to men viewing women as sexual objects. I also don't think 98% of the citizens in our country are mature enough to handle it without negative consequences. I particularly hate porn on the net. . .way too accessible. I don't think child porn was *nearly* as prevalent before the net.
I can't stand it when I'm browsing at the bookstore and this guy will start looking at "those" magazines. I am utterly disgusted.

On business travel once, I sat down on the plane and the business man next to me pulled out Juggs magazine and browsed it while we flew.
:argue: And I *hate* how it is somehow acceptable for a man to do that but can you imagine how many shades of red he would have turned if you had pulled out a magazine yourself?

This is really interesting, because porn doesn't bother me. It's interesting to see how others react to it.
I guess if I were to see a guy reading "Juggs" on the plane, I'd laugh. It's not the same as when I was on a flight to Frankfurt 2 years ago, and the man sitting next to me grabbed my leg. I didn't think anything of it because we were in tight quarters. When I got up to use the restroom, he grabbed my breast. I got my seat changed. Yuck!
I'm not quite sure what a sexual object is, in the sense of what does it mean to be reduced to one? I'm happy if my husband can find some sort of gratification from me.married to an anesthesia attending

I feel like this can be misconstrued as I think sex is serious business. I don't. Trust me. I just think the more time someone spends watching porn the less likely they are to really focus on their partner's mutual pleasure. This explosive market is not about a healthy dose of visual stimulation. It's something else.
I meant in terms of the objectifying women. I don't have a problem if my husband objectifies me. I'm happy if he gains gratification from me (in the sense that he views me as a sexual being who can give him what he wants). At the same time, for me, I am not always wanting sex WITH MY HUSBAND, but sometimes for the sake of simply WANTING SEX.married to an anesthesia attending

I don't have a problem with my husband objectifying me either. I don't spend a lot of $$ on Hanky Panky lingerie for nothing. I would have a serious, SERIOUS problem with my husband actively seeking out porn. It would be the beginning of the end for me. Would it end our relationship? Not necessarily but it would definitely, definitely cause some strain. I know men are very visual creatures and I don't have a problem with him thinking that some nurse at the hospital is physically attractive. We can all admit to seeing men or women out and about who are physically attractive . . . but you don't run home and try to see these people naked.
