Once-A-Month Cooking Family Favorites
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/031253...9430806&sr=8-1
We've only done one two-week cycle from it so far. It's actually lasted us over a month, with call nights, leftovers, and eating out occasionally. It's pretty good, and the only one we didn't really like was a cod dish that I think would be really good with a different kind of fish. It has varying serving sizes, so you can use some if you have company.Laurie

DH is back on his fruits and veggies only kick, so I'm sure I'll be making homemade hummus and chopping up fresh veggies for dinner.
Easy peasy!Wife to Family Medicine attending, Mom to DS1 and DS2
