We're just finishing up building all the stupid shit for Crossfit. We decided to do it as a family so we needed to make boxes of all sizes. We start tomorrow.

Yeah Michele! Instructors make all the difference. Went to hard yoga teacher today but only for a 60 minute class. Somehow, the 75 minute vs. the 60 minute makes a huge difference when the teacher is tough! Down 11 pounds from my ridiculous water retained post stress filled holiday weight. I'm now at my "normal" bad weight. I'll begin the onslaught in to the pounds I've been holding on to for the last ten years....I don't think they will go quietly.Angie

Weekly update:

Current Weight: 181
Goal Weight: 150
Exercise goals: I exceeded my goal for the elliptical (went 4 times for a total of 4 hours) but only made it to yoga once.
Diet Goal: Stayed under my points goal everyday but did not take a free day this week (because I took NYE off and taking dinner off this Saturday). I do need to be better about eating all my points everyday.

Sylvia -- what do they do? Luanne, too, I think. I'm curious what the bootcamp program entails. How long is each session? Is it running mixed with calesthenics? It can't be outdoors in VT right now..... I keep picturing a boot camp sargent screaming at you to say "Yes Sir!".Angie
