3 pounds to go to reach my end of the year goal -- I think I just need to be mindful the next few weeks of what I put in my mouth. 😄
By far (for me) the best thing about working out is feeling stronger, and remembering certain exercises that needed modification a year ago.
I should be on track to start signing up for 5K races again in spring. I could probably run them now, but it's best to get a little more weight off so joint impact is minimized.
