My DH has this obsession with wood burning stoves. Now that we live where he grew up, I'm starting to understand why!Comment

We didn't think we'd like it. We even wondered if we could have it removed before we bought the house. We have the stove in the family room and an actual fireplace in the living room. We never use the fireplace. We use the stove almost every day once the snow starts falling. It heats that whole section of the house and it's so easy to keep going all day.
I guess you never know what you'll really like until you try it!

Snowing when I went to bed, woke up, and all day today. I think I heard them clearing the roads so hopefully driving won't be a nightmare when I go out in an hour.

Tried Pure Barre today. It also happens to be raining non-stop, so I had to work extra hard to stabilize on slippery stairs. My legs may actually fall off.

It's not the worst snowstorm we've had in recent years, but it's a nuisance. Near blizzard conditions and brutally cold temps are not the norm for us. Waiting not-so-patiently for DH to get home from work.
