I've been sticking with barre and want to add some dedicated cardio. We leave for CR in about 5.5 weeks. I'm noticing some good changes with barre, but I think some running and elliptical would help my new muscles show through a bit. A bunch of the different barre groups have their own code words for getting a toned ass. Pure Barre's is creating your "Pure Barre ledge." I was cooking in leggings the other day and DH walked into the kitchen and said, "You're Pure Barre precipice looks nice..."
