Today...
If anyone is curious, the pertussis vaccine given back then was the whole-cell pertussis as it contained whole, dead bacterial cells. In 1996, the whole cell vaccine was replaced with the acellular pertussis vaccine, which also offers immunity, but does not contain whole cells. Evolution of vaccine development and protein purification techniques. The acellular vaccine has had fewer reactions and complications I believe, I'd have to confirm when I'm not on my phone.Wife to PGY4 & Mother of 3.

Today our house went up for sale!! Any spare iMSN house mojo you guys could muster (I know there's a few of us with property on the market right now) I would really appreciate. We tried selling 3 years ago and didn't get one real bite. We really need better luck this time around!Wife of a surgical fellow; Mom to a busy toddler girl and 5 furballs (2 cats, 3 dogs)

Today is DO match day. Our friend was trying to match ENT In our town. Dh told me he wasn't a strong enough candidate. I haven't heard from him so I am guessing no. I want to text but don't want to bug. Poor guy! Medicine is not fair!

Today, I'm so tired that my eyes are crossing. Lambie has literally been nursing every hour for the last 24 hours. I guess this means she will start filling out soon. She's so skinny that her skin ripples and hangs off her arms, legs, and back. Book club is tonight and I'd love a chance to do something that is not for the kids. My friends are bending backwards trying to find a way to get me there (still prohibited from driving) but I think I may be too exhausted to do it.
