Haha Angie, I'm so glad I'm not alone! Does it ever get better? My bladder hasn't gotten the memo about adjustment yet. Went rock climbing tonight and expect to be super sore tomorrow. It had been so long I forgot how to use the belaying device and my poor friend was suspended in the air for a while

I am so hesitant to post in these threads because of being a WLS patient. My big problem has been that w/ my kidney-stone issues, I haven't exercised . I know that in addition to my fat loss, I have lost a lot of muscle. I am hopefully going to start back up w/a former trainer of mine @ the Y this coming week. my mantra: "Must be stronger & build stamina!!"

I am trying to do the food log, but I cannot officially join the challenge because I am too cheap to throw down $40 for the premium membership.

I've regained the 5 or so pounds I lost when I joined the gym and started posting here. More importantly, I feel like I'm not eating thoughtfully (doing a lot of afternoon snacking because it sounds good more than because I'm hungry) and of course, I've been to the gym about once in 3 or 4 weeks (ever since the crazy gym owner reamed me out for tracking dirt in on my shoes...I thought she was quirky and slightly annoying when she would just pounce on me and correct my form or make me work harder, but after she humiliated me in front of other gymgoers, I'd rather avoid her completely). At least the weather is gorgeous and I've been working my butt off hauling buckets of weeds and compost, pulling up weeds, hoeing, etc.!

Urgh. I went for a run tonight and wore shorts for the first time this season. That was a mistake. The chub rub was so bad I had to quit early.

I hit goal weight loss this weekend. I weight less than when I got married (by 2 pounds or so but still). I'm about what I was when I graduated high school.

Woo hoo! I have officially shrunk my stomach too. I tried to eat more this weekend and I just felt sick when I overate.
